To cancel or reschedule an appointment it is required to let me know 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A $15 non refundable deposit is required for all appointments listen on my booking site. In order to confirm your appointment that fee must be paid 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I haven’t heard from you it is considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
